Had a service tech out yesterday because AC went out. Tech checked things with his tablet then quoted me a $7100 repair which could do on the cheap for $3200. Won't name the company, out of Greenfield though. He did schedule us to speak to someone about a new system.
Called Hudson to get a second estimate on a new unit and installation. Stephen came out, I explained what the tech had told me. He asked if he could check it to see what all would need replaced. 10 minutes later he said it only needed a single bad part replaced. He actually had the part. I won't state the bill total, but it only had 3 digits instead of 4 in the amount of the first company.
Cannot say enough about what a great job and how refreshing to deal with an honest company and person.

They've come to my house on several occasions. First one being an emergency on Christmas eve as a new customer when it was -19. No one else answered the phone, but he did. I will always be thankful for Hudson. If they are ever a bit later than I expected I know it's because he's helping other emergencies, just as he helped me. I'm fine with a little wait. A good business helps those that are in need first.

They did a wonderful job removing old furnace, air conditioning and duct work. Then did a total install of new equipment. They stayed on the job till it was done and cleaned up and hauled away. Wes was so kind and informative about everything I ask him. He went up and beyond to make sure every thing I ask for was done.

Over the summer my husband and I have struggled with our ac/ furnace. We called 3 different company's all 3 could not find the problem hudson's came out and found the problem and more! They gave us an amazing quote and fit us in on their busy schedule! Wes and Gabe went above and beyond on their work, they were very respectful so friendly and down to earth! They also had not one problem explaining everything in detail to what they were doing to why it needs to be even took pictures of before and after to show us the difference on what they have done! We had a tankless water heater installed to replace a previous at-home setup done by the former homeowners, which unfortunately wasn’t done correctly.

Called Steve Saturday morning to fix our furnace. He arrived quickly and replaced the parts on our 50 year old furnace. He was very professional and reasonably priced. Would recommend Hudson Mechanical for any of your HVAC needs.

Many have noticed the renovation of 2307 N Grand Ave, Connersville. Many contracts were involved. Hudson Mechanical did all plumbing and HVAC. HVAC was ok but plumbing was sub par! None of the water lines were insulated resulting in frozen pipes come winter of 2025! Still in winter of 2026 drain lines are freezing. This company was paid over 15K! And still I’m paying someone else to fix their shoddy work. Their customer service rep( wife and mother) is rude and disrespectful of any inquiry about a previous job.
Think twice about engaging this company!
